Hyatt Vacation Club®, a leader in the vacation ownership industry, is currently looking for a Field Event Setup & Maintenance Coordinator who will be in charge of setting up and breaking down events including but not limited to booths, tables, tents, and additional items/materials as well as providing general upkeep and maintenance. This will include frequent travel to different venues that host Sporting games, Concerts, Malls, Fairs, Markets, Trade Shows, and more before and/or after the events. $21.67 per hour Job Summary Oversee the event development process; creating and setting up/breaking down the event, interacting with the appropriate vendors, and frequently visiting the venue as the Hyatt Vacation Club representative. Follow the established contract review process to ensure that all vendors meet the risk management requirements. Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
