As the Center of Excellence for Turbine Airfoils, Hot Section Module Center South has a very strong but challenging future. This position is for a leadership role in the quality organization, responsible for the technical teams supporting the module center. Responsibilities Drive culture of compliance through strong collaboration with Operations and Manufacturing teams Lead team of process quality engineers to establish and execute initiatives to improve quality signature of processes Lead clinic investigation managers in compliance to product recall procedure and use of problem-solving tools Provide strategic leadership in the development and implementation of project quality plans to obtain annual reduction goals in Scrap, Rework and Repair (SRR) and escapes to flight operations and DCMA discrepancies. Improve manufacturing, assembly, inspection, and test processes to reduce and prevent defects and prevent quality escapes to our customers Qualifications You Must Have: BS in related field, preferably engineering Minimum 7 years of experience in a quality or supervisory role Strong familiarity with inspection tooling and techniques, Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a group setting and interface directly with shop floor management; Strong interpersonal skills Knowledge / experience with quality systems and standards such as ISO 9001. The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
