What You Will Do The Manager, HR Employee Partner will have responsibility for the execution of HR processes and activities to support designated customer groups Models Employee Advocacy behavior and serves as a trusted advisor to front, mid-level leaders, senior leaders and employees. Serves as a partner focusing on brokering solutions to business problems Investigates and resolves Employee Relations issues and complaints and Ethics-related case investigations. Focuses on maintaining a positive employee relations environment and culture Models consistent application of Raytheon HR policies to mitigate risk and ensure fair solutions Executes critical HR processes, including compensation, performance management and talent acquisition Collaborates with Center of Excellence Partners Drives Talent Management strategies to include workforce planning, succession planning, knowledge transfer and high-potential development Communicate and implement proactive strategies pertaining to employee relations, training, leadership development, employee communications in support of strategic objectives Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience Experience in handling employee relations issues Experience leading HR related programs such as Compensation, Performance Management, and Succession planning Qualifications We Prefer Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to build relationships with a broad range of styles at all levels, clearly and articulately present ideas, and influence decision-making Strong business acumen and business perspective Ability to think strategically and execute tactically Demonstrated integrity and strong judgment Interpret and consistently apply HR policies to mitigate risk and ensure fair solutions What We Offer Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
