We are looking for atalented Graphic Designer to join our team! The role is based in our offices in Athens – Kolonos.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain consistent brand visuals across digital platforms, with occasional adaptations for print materials.
- Develop key visuals and creative assets for 360° marketing campaigns across multiple digital touchpoints.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual identity standards
- Collaborate closely with the Graphic Design Manager, Marketing team and other internal stakeholders
- Implement feedback efficiently and manage multiple design tasks in parallel, while working within clear deadlines
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools and best practices, especially within the retail/sports industry
- Translate business goals into clear and effective visual design solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first design projects. Experience with print design will be considered a plus.
- Understanding of digital design , brand identity & marketing needs
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Experience working with web layouts, landing pages or CMS platforms will be considered an asset.
- Detail-oriented with good time management skills and a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Passion for design, creativity and visual storytelling
