Preferred: Project or coursework experience related to development, construction, engineering, project coordination, or sustainability. Experience organizing project information, tracking budgets, or preparing status updates. Demonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed. Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes. Hiring Salary Range of: Undergraduate: $25–$30 per hour. Graduate: $35–$40 per hour.
