Job Details As Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting and hiring talent across Cencora Norway’s business areas, with a particular focus on our pharmacies. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and build strong candidate relationships that support both current and future workforce needs. The role is part of a larger international team and operates within a matrix reporting structure. You will work closely with hiring managers, HR and other stakeholders across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from initial briefing through to hire and onboarding, including proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation and offer negotiation. Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs, develop clear job descriptions and build relevant talent pipelines for current and future requirements. Act as a trusted adviser by developing and recommending targeted recruitment strategies that deliver effective searches within agreed timeframes. Maintain clear, consistent and transparent communication with hiring managers, HR and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Use proactive sourcing methods, build relationships with industry professionals and remain informed about market, industry and functional trends. Develop and maintain networks of contacts that help identify and source qualified candidates. Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates for future opportunities. Proactively engage and secure high-demand talent ahead of competitors. Ensure that we operate in accordance with all current policies, procedures and regulations. Draft and publish job advertisements across different media, coordinate internal job postings, and use internet-based sources for online recruitment to identify and recruit candidates. Coordinate participation in job fairs, career days and similar events as required. Participate in and/or take ownership of various employer branding activities. Develop and implement recruitment processes that support a consistent and efficient approach across the pharmacy network. Use Workday, our applicant tracking system, and Phenom, our AI-powered talent experience and talent management platform, as an integral part of daily recruitment activities. Experience as a Recruiter/Senior Recruiter in an in-house environment, preferably within healthcare. Strong sourcing skills, with the ability to proactively identify and engage high-quality talent. Strong networking skills. Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the external market. Experience applying best practices and sharing knowledge internally. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident under pressure and able to navigate a complex organisational structure. Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work in a structured and goal-oriented way, with a strong focus on delivery.
