Heiloo ligt onder de rook van Alkmaar en in een bosrijke omgeving. Het strand bevindt zich op fietsafstand. Boots apotheek Sibilo vind je vlakbij de dorpskern en winkelgebied van Heiloo en op 2 minuten lopen vanaf het station. Met de trein sta je binnen een half uur in hartje Amsterdam. Rondom de apotheek is ruim voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid. Boots apotheek Sibilo bestaat uit een hecht team van medewerkers. Wij werken nauw samen met de directe voorschrijvers uit de omgeving en de andere collega’s van het cluster uit de regio. Omdat we de logistiek in de apotheek goed op orde hebben, richten we ons maximaal op het verlenen van een optimale farmaceutische zorg aan onze patiënten. We richten ons het proactief herhalen van chronische medicatie, zijn we actief met het aanbieden van onze baxter service en streven we een optimale farmaceutische zorg na door in gesprek te gaan met onze patiënten over hun medicatie gebruik. Als apotheker ben je verantwoordelijk voor ondersteuning van de apotheek voor het realiseren van deze optimale farmaceutische zorg. Hierin is je rol als zorgverlener het meest belangrijkste. Daarnaast bestaan je dagelijkse werkzaamheden uit: 1. Contacten onderhouden met cliënten, artsen en andere ketenpartners. 2. Onderhouden van het kwaliteitssysteem 3.
