You'll transform written curriculum into immersive online courses, creating content that’s not just informative but truly engaging and dynamic. Armed with cutting-edge tools like Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator, and Photoshop, you’ll tackle the exciting challenge of turning ideas into visually captivating learning experiences that make a real impact. What You’ll Do: Collaborate with a supportive team and customers to design and produce Instructional Multimedia products. Ability to analyze and comprehend training curriculum to suggest areas of improvement to customers to use such as presentations/modules, video, handouts, etc. while also modernizing curriculum. In a timely manner develop concise, insightful, comprehensive, and modern instructional material in a variety of design software. Integrate images, videos, and sound into training materials while respecting copyright laws and maintaining Section 508 compliance. What You’ll Bring: Current Top Secret/SCI security clearance required. 4 or more years of experience in education/training, instructional design, graphic design, or multimedia design. Basic knowledge of course curriculum, learning, and/or training. Ability to communicate insights from information that might be incomplete, unclear, or technical, and use basic critical thinking to decide the best approach. Proficient in a series of design products such as, but not limited to: Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects,), and Microsoft PowerPoint Basic comprehension and grammar; meticulous attention to detail.
