What You'll Be Doing: The PM manages scope, schedule, budget, and quality while leading a Project Delivery Team (PDT) across the project's acquisition life cycle to successful execution Plans, directs, supervises, and controls the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project. Forecasts monthly revenue, labor costs, ODCs, and gross profit for the term of the project. Develops and manages the budget; oversees the profitability of the project. Responsible for project invoicing and billing including all accounts receivable and accounts payable. Oversees establishment of Project Management Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required. Establishes the project requirements for all areas of the project, and monitors the draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria. Assigns responsibility for executing project plans to key subordinates after careful assessment of how to utilize their qualifications and strengths. Monitors and negotiates changes to the scope of work with the client and key subcontractors.
