Data, Integration & Quality Assurance Coordinate system integrations, data cleansing, mapping, conversion, validation, and migration activities. Work with technical and functional resources to ensure solution quality, security, performance, and alignment with business requirements. Plan and coordinate system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, parallel testing where applicable, defect remediation, and go-live readiness reviews. Change Management & Communications Work with vendors to develop project communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change management plans. Coordinate training, documentation, knowledge transfer, and user readiness activities. Support adoption of new systems and business processes across affected departments. Facilitate the transition from project implementation to operational ownership and support.
