Le principali mansioni saranno: Assistenza alla vendita avvalendosi della formazione ricevuta (prodotti, servizio al cliente) Occuparsi dell’assortimento giornaliero del negozio, verificando l’adeguata copertura di taglie e modelli Verifica costante che tutta le merce in spazio vendita sia fornita di antitaccheggio Organizzare layout e visual del negozio secondo le linee aziendali Organizzare lo stock in magazzino mantenendo il locale sistemato e pulito Curare la movimentazione giornaliera della merce sia in entrata che in uscita Reportistica alla sede Aggiornamento prezzatura merce (saldi e promozioni) Gestione di resi ed inventari secondo le procedure aziendali Requisiti buone capacità relazionali: predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali, proattività, spirito di intraprendenza, entusiasmo e voglia di mettersi alla prova, spirito di collaborazione problem solving: persona spigliata che possa essere in grado di lavorare in autonomia, capacità di autogestire le priorità e l’organizzazione del punto vendita capacità di gestire una vendita in lingua inglese forte motivazione automunito/a flessibilità: disponibilità a lavorare durante i week-end e le festività R-20250523-0002 The Napapijri journey starts in 1987 in the shadow of Europe’s highest peak, the Monte Bianco, where an Italian manufacturer of travel bags introduced a new sensibility to outdoor apparel, combining innovative materials with close attention to style.
