The Novanta Bee Graduate Scheme is a structured two-year programme designed to develop future Electronics Engineers within our world-leading CO₂ laser business. You'll gain hands-on experience across manufacturing, testing, process improvement, quality, and engineering while working on technology used in medical, industrial and automation applications. What you will do: Over 24 months, you will progress from learning our products and manufacturing processes to leading engineering projects and solving complex technical challenges.
