Lead revenue and margin planning activities, including AOP, long-range planning, pricing analysis, and key performance reporting. Ensure the integrity of the Order-to-Cash process, proactively managing order, credit, customer, and collection-related risks that could impact revenue realization. Support month-end and quarter-end close processes by partnering with Accounting and Finance to ensure accurate revenue and margin reporting. Build strong cross-functional relationships across Finance, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Accounting to improve business performance and operational execution. Develop and enhance forecasting, reporting, and analytics capabilities across multiple sites and ERP systems to optimize revenue, margin, and customer delivery performance Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field required; MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Order Management, Sales Operations, or a related commercial-finance role within a manufacturing, industrial, or product-based environment. Experience supporting revenue forecasting, financial analysis, business planning, and performance reporting, including revenue and margin analysis. Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP and financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or HFM preferred.
