岗位职责：负责空调产品电气零部件的质量管控；参与新供应商选择、评估与认证，组织供应商现场审核及能力评估；参与新产品导入（NPI）项目。审核供应商PPAP资料，评审PFMEA、Control Plan、MSA及SPC数据。确保量产前质量风险得到有效控制；支持IQC检验标准制定与优化，推动来料质量持续改善，降低来料不良率及质量成本；主导供应商质量问题调查与分析，组织临时围堵措施实施，审核供应商8D报告及改善措施，运用5Why、Fishbone、FMEA等工具进行根因分析，编制RCA，输出失效分析报告及改善建议，推动问题闭环管理，防止重复发生；审核供应商材料、设计及工艺变更申请，评估变更风险及影响范围，确保未经批准的变更不得实施；支持客户投诉及现场质量问题处理，协调供应商资源解决质量问题，推动跨部门质量改善项目实施；任职资格：全日制本科及以上学历，电气相关工科背景； 3年以上工作经历，具备电气产品制造业行业经验；熟悉电气产品标准，CCC，UL，EC等认证要求等；熟悉质量工具的应用，如PPAP，FMEA，SPC， MSA，8D，PST等；善于协调沟通，英语能够进行熟练沟通；具备较强的问题分析，解决能力，自我驱动，以结果为导向 Johnson Controls: Enhancing the Intelligence of Buildings Your buildings have a purpose.
