主要职责：熟悉生产日常管理工作，保障生产活动顺利进行，满足客户需求；宣传和推行公司精益文化，监督生产线异常变化点并实施有效的改善行动计划；熟悉公司的重大风险和重要环境因素，对本岗位进行辨识及整改；根据生产计划协调生产资源，合理安排人员，组织生产，确保完成每天生产任务；指导生产线员工按OMS操作，保证生产线产品的质量和工艺标准有效执行；监督生产过程中的质量控制，确保产品符合公司及客户的质量要求；推行全员质量管理理念，运用质量改善工具（QCC/柏拉图/防错法...）解决在线质量问题；确保生产设备的正常运行，配合维修部对生产线的设备进行基本维护与保养；协助分析生产成本，提出并实施降低成本的措施，提高生产效益；监督生产线6S和目视化管理工作；协调解决生产过程中出现的跨部门问题；完成产线所有关键业绩指标（安全、生产、质量、交付.....）。任职条件：有1-2年的同等工作经验，有一定生产管理经验，熟悉生产制造过程及工艺标准，熟悉精益生产，工作积极主动，具有服务意识及团队合作精神。教育背景：空调制冷、机械制造、自动化或工业工程专业本科以上学历专业能力：熟悉精益生产及现场改善工具，有团队管理经验，熟悉生产计划、质量控制及成本控制流程。有精益生产（Lean Manufacturing）或六西格玛（Six Sigma）认证者优先；熟悉ISO9001等质量管理体系者优先；有大规模生产线管理经验者优先。英语四级以上，有一定的英语读写能力，能用英语进行日常工作沟通；熟练使用电脑办公软件（WORD，EXCEL，PPT等）。 Johnson Controls: Enhancing the Intelligence of Buildings Your buildings have a purpose.
