MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES : 主要职责工作描述：负责HVAC用大功率压缩机或电机用变频器的硬件全新平台规划和研发，提出技术路线(拓扑/器件/散热方案等)；定义变频器技术性能参数具体定义和描述（功率；效率；功率密度等）。组织并参与新平台技术方案详细设计和验证，处理样机测试过程中的具体技术问题。并与HVAC产品团队，主控制器设计团队，电气系统设计团队一起提供合理合适的电气系统解决方案。主要职责： VSD SPM/IPM/IM 全新硬件平台规划和研发；确定技术路线预研管线并积极推动落地；检索最新功率电子新技术和新器件；定期提供研究报告紧跟行业发展趋势，跟踪研究最新的变频器拓扑结构和控制算法；与HVAC产品部门，主控制器设计团队和电气系统设计团队共同提供最优的电气控制系统解决方案；不断总结和优化相关的设计标准；遵守公司道德政策、公司制度、政策和流程，遵守与本岗位相关的质量要求； B. REQUIREMENT PROFILE : 任职条件: 学历，工作经验，能力和技能学历: 电子电气、功率电子、机电一体或自动化相关专业本科及以上学历；工作经验： 5年以上变频器/驱动器硬件件开发经验；能力和技能：精通变频器/驱动器原理；熟悉变频器行业技术趋势。有变频器竞品研究经验优先熟悉功率器件（如IGBT, SiC等器件）技术参数特性,精通选型计算和设计验证要求熟悉Saber，MBD或Simulink仿真；熟悉相应的测量仪器、仪表、设备的使用；了解SPM/IPM/IM原理和控制算法；了解变频器散热基本知识了解机械结构基础知识优秀的专业知识表达，分析和解决问题的能力；良好的沟通能力、服务意识和团队合作精神；英语读写水平熟练，能阅读相关英文资料与图纸。口语熟练者优先； Johnson Controls: Enhancing the Intelligence of Buildings Your buildings have a purpose.
