Experience Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles 6+ years Preferred demonstrated success in leading TA team in sourcing and hiring top talent in the CRO industry Experience working in a matrix organization preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Solid knowledge of effective talent acquisition strategies Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders and extended HR teams.
