Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Data Scientist Lead to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor junior and mid-level data scientists through regular feedback, code reviews, and technical guidance.
- Define and enforce technical standards and best practices across modeling, experimentation, documentation, and deployment.
- Own the end-to-end data science lifecycle, from problem framing and data exploration to modeling, validation, and production deployment.
- Design and deliver machine learning and predictive models aligned with business priorities, while partnering with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Review and approve modeling approaches and performance metrics, translate insights for non-technical audiences, support team growth, and drive adoption of emerging AI/ML techniques.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning, with proven team leadership and mentoring experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, and LightGBM.
- Solid foundation in statistics, experimentation design, and model evaluation techniques.
- Proven experience deploying and maintaining machine learning models in production environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
