Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior FP&A Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with supply chain leadership to provide financial insights on procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution.
- Develop and maintain supply chain financial models, including cost-to-serve, working capital, and efficiency metrics.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for supply chain operations.
- Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve margins through scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
- Enhance reporting processes and dashboards to improve visibility of supply chain KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functional operations, procurement, and commercial teams to align financial goals with business strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 5-7 years of FP&A experience, with at least 3 years focused on supply chain or operations finance.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
- Experience with ERP and planning systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills to influence non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
