Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead patient access programs and awareness campaigns to grow product reach.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Manage full product lifecycle: positioning, differentiation, and launch execution.
- Build forecasts, sales projections, and annual budgets for the portfolio.
- Monitor product performance and ensure achievement of quarterly targets.
- Support sales teams with strategic guidance, training, and marketing tools.
- Engage KOLs and VIP HCPs through visits, conferences, and medical events.
- Mentor team members and contribute to their development.
- Ensure accurate regulatory documentation for new product submissions.
- Optimize spending and deliver strong ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Business, or related field; MBA or Marketing diploma preferred.
- 6 years in marketing or product management within the FMCG/pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong expertise in consumer "DTC" and HCP integrated campaigns, with proven marketing excellence
- Demonstrated success in launch readiness, brand building and consumer marketing capabilities
- Proficient in English with strong digital, strategic & innovation focus
