Leads a multi-disciplinary team of professional and support staff in strategic directives and care activities to ensure the assigned department achieves best outcomes for patients, families and staff. Manages the day-to-day operations of the Abdominal Transplant Clinic Manage hiring, onboarding, performance management, and staff development while fostering collaboration across teams. Oversee clinic scheduling and capacity to improve patient access and reduce wait times. Lead the development and implementation of clinical programs, policies, and quality initiatives; ensure regulatory compliance and readiness for surveys and emergencies. Support quality improvement activities through data review, auditing, reporting, and participation on committees and workgroups. Provide clinical leadership and guidance to support safe, high-quality patient care and operational excellence. Coordinate Epic training and proficiency activities; support system implementations and technology-related projects. Note: Regular, reliable, and consistent attendance is an essential job function.
