Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to developing therapists and counselors
- Support case review, documentation, treatment planning, and ethics
- Help supervisees grow in confidence and skill
- Follow Hawaii licensing and supervision requirements
- Maintain consistent supervision communication
Requirements
- Active Hawaii clinical license in good standing
- Eligible licenses may include LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or other approved independent clinical license
- Must be qualified to supervise under Hawaii board requirements
- Experience supporting early-career clinicians preferred
