ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND SKILLS: Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Conduct site inspections to help maintain the safety, cleanliness and general condition of the facility. Assist with basic facility maintenance and minor repairs. Assist with set up and tear-down of employee events. Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks after training. Learn to safely use basic hand and power tools. Help maintain organization and cleanliness of facility and maintenance areas. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, tasks relating to the following area will be assigned as required. . Must be organized, detail oriented, and efficient with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to effectively work with others and on your own after receiving direction. A positive, team-oriented attitude is necessary to deal with a large variety of personalities. Must be able to complete assigned tasks in a reasonable time frame. Valid chauffer license (Pratt Miller will cover the cost of obtaining one). Flexible schedule. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: A High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent is required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Moderate stress due to regular deadlines and daily challenges.
