Job Title: Digital Performance & Analytics Lead Reports To: Head of Global Digital CoE Location: Lisbon, Portugal – Hybrid Business Unit Description: Global Digital Center of Excellence – Data, Analytics & Insights Job Title/High-Level Position Summary: The Digital Performance & Analytics Lead establishes a standardized measurement framework that provides objective visibility into traffic, conversion, lead generation, and overall digital performance across Enovis' businesses. Working within the Global Digital Center of Excellence, and in the spirit of the Enovis Growth Excellence (EGX) continuous-improvement culture, the role will create a single source of truth for digital performance, transforming fragmented reporting into shared, actionable insights that drive investment, prioritization, and optimization decisions. This role will work across brands, regions, and digital properties, partnering with business units, Digital CoE teams, IT, and external partners to establish consistent performance standards and strengthen data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement the KPI framework, dashboards, and performance reporting for the global digital ecosystem. Generate actionable insights across conversion, growth, lead generation, traffic, and overall digital performance to inform prioritization and optimization decisions. Establish governance standards for attribution, reporting quality, and data consistency. Partner with business unit and Digital CoE teams to translate complex data into clear business insights, decisions, and measurable actions. Apply consistent measurement and reporting standards across brands, regions, and digital properties. Support investment and optimization decisions through objective, comparable performance data. Improve visibility into digital performance and ROI, helping teams understand where investment and optimization efforts can deliver the greatest impact. Promote a strong data-driven and continuous-improvement culture across the global digital ecosystem. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital analytics, measurement, and performance reporting. Demonstrated experience defining KPI frameworks and driving data governance within a multi-stakeholder environment. Strong command of analytics platforms, dashboards, and attribution methodologies. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics or an equivalent web analytics platform. Experience with marketing attribution tools and methodologies. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field. Excellent communication skills; English required. Microsoft Office proficiency required. Desired Characteristics: Experience with web and eCommerce analytics and tag management. Experience working within global or multi-brand digital ecosystems. Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and data integration. Strong analytical mindset combined with the ability to translate data into a compelling business story. Excellent ability to communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong business-impact and results orientation. Ability to work effectively across business units, Digital CoE teams, IT, and external partners. Travel Requirements: Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time, including both domestic and international travel.
