Budete pomáhat našim partnerům a obchodním týmům navrhovat vhodná infrastrukturní řešení pro jejich zákazníky. Vaším hlavním zaměřením budou Dell technologie v oblasti serverů, storage, zálohování a datových center. Budete poskytovat technické poradenství, navrhovat řešení a prezentovat je partnerům i zákazníkům. Co budete dělat Navrhovat a doporučovat Dell řešení podle technických a obchodních potřeb zákazníků. Poskytovat technickou podporu našim partnerům, resellerům a interním obchodním týmům. Připravovat technické návrhy řešení a potřebnou konfiguraci pomocí interních a vendor nástrojů. Prezentovat navržená řešení a srozumitelně vysvětlovat jejich technické výhody. Porovnávat požadavky zákazníků s možnostmi Dell a konkurenčních řešení. Podporovat rozvoj nových obchodních příležitostí a dlouhodobých vztahů s partnery. Koho hledáme Máte alespoň 3 roky zkušeností v IT, ideálně v oblasti hardwaru nebo infrastrukturních řešení. Orientujete se v technologiích datových center, jako jsou servery, storage a backup řešení. Dokážete porozumět technickým požadavkům zákazníka a navrhnout vhodné řešení. Umíte dobře komunikovat, prezentovat a vést technickou diskusi se zákazníky a partnery. Máte obchodní myšlení, jste proaktivní a orientovaní na zákazníka. Výhodou jsou Dell nebo jiné relevantní certifikace a znalost IT distribučního prostředí. Co nabízíme 25 dní dovolené (20 dní + 5 bonusových dní) a 2 Sick Days ročně. Stravenkový paušál 90 Kč za odpracovaný den a příspěvek na Multisport kartu. Příspěvek na penzijní připojištění ve výši 3 % po jednom roce zaměstnání a příspěvek na mobilní telefon 400 Kč měsíčně.
