Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our Ocoee, FL team. In this role, you’ll help keep our facility, equipment, and building systems operating safely and efficiently while supporting the overall upkeep and day-to-day needs of the location. You’ll also help coordinate work performed by outside contractors and communicate promptly with leaders about unusual occurrences, damage, or facility concerns. What You’ll Do Complete assigned maintenance service requests accurately and timely Schedule and complete preventative maintenance activities Monitor, maintain, and help troubleshoot assigned building systems Coordinate and assist with special projects as directed by leadership Assist in monitoring work performed by outside contractors Work within established expense limits and follow company procedures Carry a company cell phone as required for on-call maintenance needs Alert leaders to unusual occurrences, equipment concerns, facility damage, or safety issues Maintain professional, courteous communication with vendors, contractors, leaders, and coworkers Follow all company, local, city, state, and federal safety guidelines What We’re Looking For Ability to work cooperatively with others in a team environment Welding experience Forklift maintenance experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in work assignments Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, leaders, vendors, and contractors Flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends, as business needs require Prior painting, sanding, and machining experience preferred Work Environment Must be able to stand for long periods, sit, walk, push, pull, bend, and climb throughout the workday Must be able to regularly move and lift up to 75 pounds Must be comfortable climbing ladders and stairs Must be able to work at heights greater than 15 feet Candidates should not have lifting restrictions and must be comfortable working at heights Benefits and Perks Competitive compensation, Daily Pay, direct deposit, and bonus opportunities Medical, dental, vision, prescription, and related benefit options 401(k) with company match Paid time off, company holidays, and parental leave Training, career development, tuition assistance, and dependent scholarship opportunities Employee discounts, referral bonus program, and wellness programs Who We Are Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is North America’s leading distributor of specialty automotive aftermarket, RV, and marine parts and accessories.
