We’re looking for a Proposal Program Manager - Technical Writer to join our team to produce clear, concise, high-quality documentation that attracts end users and stakeholders to understand and implement our products and services. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, SMEs, and customers to translate complex technical concepts into proposal content that expands our technical footprint in new and growing markets. To be considered for our Proposal Program Manager – Technical Writer role, here’s what you’ll typically need to bring with you: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum 5 years of related experience, including some experience with creation and presentation of technical content. Must have the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance. Excellent written communication, grammar, and editing skills. Proven ability to simplify complex information for varied audiences. Strong attention to detail, consistency, and adherence to style guides. Ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritized projects under tight deadlines. Translate complex technical, engineering, and programmatic information from subject matter experts (SMEs) into clear narratives that demonstrate how Moog technology can be deployed to solve a problem or protect the warfighter in battlespace. Maintain consistency in tone, formatting, terminology, and process adherence when creating a technical proposal. Manage multiple concurrent writing assignments under tight, quick-turn deadlines while maintaining quality and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and applicability. Ensure compliance with company branding, legal, and security guidelines.
