Procurement & Supplier Coordination: Assist with purchase order tracking, supplier communication, and inventory replenishment processes. Data Analytics & Reporting: Analyze supply chain performance metrics and develop recommendations to improve efficiency and service levels. Warehouse & Logistics Exposure: Gain visibility into transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations. Process Improvement Initiatives: Support projects focused on inventory accuracy, service improvements, and cost optimization. What we look for in a Supply Chain Intern: Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Interest in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, and operations. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments. Currently enrolled in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, or a related academic program. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. Working Conditions / Physical Requirements Work is performed in both office and manufacturing plant environments. Frequent exposure to production areas with varying temperatures, noise levels, moving machinery, forklifts, and other industrial conditions. Must follow all safety requirements and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout manufacturing facilities. Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and access elevated platforms as necessary. Must be able to occasionally bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and work around equipment during project activities. Frequent use of computers and standard office equipment. Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
