Duties, Goals, and Responsibilities: Audit driver logs to identify and address Hours of Service (HOS) violations. Review Personal Conveyance intent and usage. Monitor daily compliance reports, including unassigned driving time, Personal Conveyance usage, and odometer discrepancies. Coach drivers on HOS requirements and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance. Maintain an organized work environment and demonstrate the ability to work independently. This is an extended coverage position, 4 days on 3 days off from 5pm to 6am. Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
