Responsibilities
- Understand the requirements of each event
- Plan events while considering budget and time constraints
- Source vendors and select the best quality-to-cost ratio
- Manage all event operations (venue, invitations, equipment, order management, stock of goodies and brochures, client relations, etc.)
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms
- Perform final checks on the day of the event to ensure everything meets standards
- Evaluate event success and provide reporting
- Propose ideas to improve services and event quality
- Collaborate with marketing to promote and raise awareness of events
- Proactively manage and resolve any issues that arise during events
- Conduct market research, identify event opportunities, and generate interest
- Update and manage Salesforce and campaign data
- Handle client NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) and coordinate with the legal team
- Conduct outbound prospecting by calling potential clients
- Manage and qualify inbound leads, and disqualify when appropriate
Requirements
- - Currently studying in an engineering or business school, seeking a 2-year apprenticeship
- - Interest in the logistics sector, or willingness to explore it
- - Motivation to join a fast-growing company recognized for product innovation
- - Strong communication skills, good writing abilities, and autonomy
- - Fluent in English and German
