Responsibilities
- Operate tow trucks to safely tow and transport vehicles as requested.
- Respond promptly to service calls and provide assistance in various situations。
- Perform pre-trip inspections to ensure the tow truck is in good working order before each shift。
- Secure vehicles properly on the tow truck to prevent damage during transport.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients to provide timely updates on estimated arrival times.
- Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate records of services rendered.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a tow truck driver is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; a CDL is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and towing procedures.
- Excellent driving skills, with the ability to operate various types of tow trucks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
