CRM Operations Executive / Senior Executive.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and analytically strong CRM Operations Executive / Senior Executive to join our Global Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for running and optimising CRM campaigns across multiple channels, transforming business requirements into well-targeted, timely, and effective customer communications. You will collaborate closely with regional and cross-functional teams, leveraging your attention to detail and expertise in AI tools to enhance the speed, accuracy, and efficiency of our campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end CRM campaigns across channels such as Push Notifications, Email, WhatsApp, and others, overseeing the process from brief to launch and post-campaign monitoring to ensure timely and targeted delivery.
- Build targeted audience segments and conduct rigorous quality assurance (QA) for each campaign to minimise execution errors and protect the customer experience.
- Identify operational gaps and apply AI tools to reduce manual work, minimise errors, and improve overall campaign efficiency.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and regional teams to clarify requirements, manage timelines and priorities, and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and market-specific guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, or marketing operations, with hands-on experience managing campaigns from brief to execution and post-campaign analysis.
- Experience with at least one CRM or marketing automation platform (e.g., Braze, Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and comfort working with campaign data and performance metrics.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, to effectively collaborate with regional teams and Chinese-speaking stakeholders and markets.
- Demonstrated proactive, structured, and detail-oriented approach, with strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: Strong proficiency with AI tools applied to CRM execution and analysis, and experience with A/B testing and campaign experimentation.
