Job responsibilities:

Job requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably within the technology or AI industry.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, intellectual property law, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
