Job Title: Personal Assistant to President (salary range SGD3500-4500)

Nanyang Institute of Management is an EduTrust Private Education Institution offering a variety of courses. We invite qualified and experienced individuals for a business development role, based in Singapore.

Job Description:
Proven experience as Personal Assistant or similar role.
Manage the President's calendar of appointments and meetings.
Prepare detailed and accurate reports and documents.
Attend various events organised by the Chamber of Commerce or other local institutions with the President.
Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
Excellent communication, organisational, writing skills and attention to details
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Fluent in both English and Chinese, to communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients or partners in both languages.
Flexibility to adapt to the changing priorities and work independently
Able to travel and attend events outside the regular working hours
