Explore and integrate Generative AI capabilities, such as automated troubleshooting agents and LLM-driven coding guardrails, to boost developer productivity. Partner with Product Owners to create Golden Path templates, reducing cognitive load and simplifying deployment pipelines. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Advanced English skills. 7+ years of experience in a technical role, with at least 2–4 years acting as a technical lead on complex engineering initiatives. Strong knowledge of Python, Go, or TypeScript/Node.js. Expert-level proficiency with Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE) and public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Hands-on experience building REST APIs, integrating GitOps tooling (e.g., ArgoCD), and automating security controls with Akeyless or HashiCorp Vault. What We Offer: Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with experience. Comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement plans. Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth.
