Neste cargo, você será responsável por gerenciar a análise técnica e legal, tipificação, organização, preservação e temporalidade de processos e documentos institucionais. Você fará parte de uma equipe colaborativa e orientada à excelência operacional, atuando no suporte e na orientação técnica das rotinas da área documental. NESTE PAPEL VOCÊ IRÁ Analisar, organizar e higienizar processos e acervos documentais: Realizar a avaliação técnica, classificação, temporalidade e conservação do acervo documental, garantindo a conformidade legal e a padronização dos dossiês. Colaborar com a equipe e orientar profissionais de nível auxiliar: Atuar em parceria com times multifuncionais e orientar tecnicamente os Auxiliares da área nas etapas de triagem, tipificação e cadastramento nos sistemas, assegurando a precisão dos entregáveis. Garantir a conformidade normativa e apoiar rotinas de auditoria: Assegurar a aplicação dos padrões regulatórios e de qualidade da organização, sinalizando inconsistências em documentos fora de conformidade e prestando suporte em eventos de auditoria do cliente. O CANDIDATO IDEAL TERÁ: Conhecimento técnico em organização e temporalidade de acervos institucionais e domínio do Pacote Office (desejável intermediário). Demonstrada capacidade em atenção aos detalhes, visão global de processos, foco no cliente e trabalho em equipe para alcance de resultados.
