We will teach you everything you need to know.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer requests and inquiries.
- Log and track each request through to resolution.
- Provide customers with basic guidance and information about our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex issues.
Requirements
- Excellent command of the Greek language (written and spoken).
- Courteous, patient, and pleasant communication style.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office).
- Previous experience in customer service, a call center, or sales is a plus.
