- Support BU daily finance and accounting operations, including but not limited to full set of accounts, such as account reconciliations, payment processing, AR/AP monitoring, general ledger maintenance and financial record keeping
- Prepare monthly management reports, schedules and assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring and basic financial analysis to support business decisions
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
- Liaise with Finance Department and internal stakeholders on finance and operational matters
- Provide operational and administrative support to business functions, including coordination of system administration and process monitoring
- Participate in operations enhancement projects, workflow improvement initiatives and digitalisation efforts to enhance operational efficiency
- Support company events, campaigns and business projects, and perform ad hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines, or equivalent to HKQF Level 5
- Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in accounting, finance operations, business support or related functions
- LCCI Higher Certificate or equivalent accounting qualification preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial reporting practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with accounting systems is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-minded with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Team player who is adaptable and willing to support business operations and company activities when required
- Immediate availability is highly preferredd
