Responsibilities Independently organize, coordinate, and supervise the assembly, testing, and commissioning operations of HV (High Voltage) substations, with a constant focus on quality, safety, timelines, and cost optimization. Train local teams in GIS assembly operations in accordance with GE quality and safety standards; report safety deviations to the Site Manager, Project Manager, and management. Know and apply safety rules and procedures related to high-risk activities as defined by GE. Education and Experience Early-career engineer or Senior Electrotechnical Technician with previous international experience. Required Knowledge Strong knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and hydraulics. Proficiency in computer tools: MS Office, MS Project. Fluency in English. Expected Qualities Autonomy, initiative, and decision-making skills. Rigor and excellent organizational skills. Strong ability to anticipate needs and work in a team. Good written communication. Excellent interpersonal skills with multicultural personnel. Responsabilités - Organiser, coordonner et superviser, de façon autonome, les opérations de montage, d'essais et de mise en service des sous-stations HT dans un souci permanent de qualité, de sécurité, de délai, et d’optimisation des coûts - Former les équipes locales aux opérations de montage GIS conformément aux standards qualité et sécurité GE ; signaler les dérives sécurité au chef de chantier, au PM et à la hiérarchie - Connaitre et appliquer les règles et procédures de sécurité liées aux activités à hauts risques définies par GE Formation et expérience Jeune ingénieur ou Technicien Supérieur en Electrotechnique avec une première expérience à l'international. Connaissances requises - Bonnes connaissances en mécanique, en électricité, en hydraulique - Maitrise des outils informatiques ; MS Office, MS Project - Maitrise de l’anglais Les qualités attendues pour ce poste sont : - Autonomie, esprit d'initiative et de décision - Rigueur, excellente capacité d'organisation, - Forte capacité à anticiper et à travailler en équipe, - Bonne expression écrite - Très bon relationnel avec du personnel multiculturel.
