Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of welding procedures and specifications.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in welding engineering within the Oil & Energy sector.
- Expertise in welding techniques, codes, and standards.
- Strong knowledge of metallurgy and materials science as applied to welding.
- Proficient in the use of welding simulation and analysis software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to develop and mentor junior engineering staff in welding practices.
