Job Description Senior Technician Monsterontvangst en Lab Materialen De functie De Sr. Technician Monsterontvangst & chemicaliën beheer is verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken van binnengekomen monsters voor aanvragen en routinematige analyses binnen QO (Quality Operations) inclusief het beheren van het bijbehorende referentiemonster archief. Het plaatsen van indirecte interne en externe orders. Verantwoordelijkheden Verantwoordelijk voor ontvangst en beheer van monsters vanuit IPT en CMO’s Verantwoordelijk voor ontvangst en beheer van retain bulk monsters; Beheerder van opslagruimtes; Verantwoordelijk voor de voortgang van de dagelijkse taken van het chemicaliën en reagentia registratie en bestellingen; Beheren van HPLC/GC kolommen; CMR stoffen registratie voor medewerkers van QC-AC. Trainen van medewerkers; Het updaten van GMP-documenten; Vertegenwoordigen van monsterontvangst bij interne en externe inspecties; Bijdragen aan de continue verbetering van kwaliteitscontroleprocessen en -procedures. Compliance: Vragen beantwoorden bij interne en externe audits. SHE/ GMP: Naleven van de GxP- eisen en voorschriften m.b.t. veiligheid, hygiëne en milieu Lean/IPS: Voortdurend zoeken naar manieren om binnen (laboratorium) processen en procedures de efficiëntie te verbeteren en verspilling te verminderen. Vereiste opleiding, werkervaring en vaardigheden Opleidingsniveau: Minimaal HBO of vergelijkbaar niveau in de richting van analytische chemie of vergelijkbaar. Goede communicatie en sociale vaardigheden Zelfstandig, besluitvaardig, kritisch en nauwkeurig Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen het betreffende werkgebied.
