TERRITORY COVERS - RALEIGH/DURHAM-ROCKY MOUNT - GOLDSBORO As a Home Health Aide (CNA REQUIRED), you will: Home Health CNA - coordinate with LPN to pick up and deliver test kits for STARS program. Take accurate temperature, pulse and blood pressure measurements and recognize and report abnormal results to supervisor. Report changes and document pertinent information and care rendered to patient to ensure continuity of care. Document interactions with patients, caregivers, doctors and other staff members appropriately, legibly, thoroughly and in the amount of time allowed. Practice acceptable infection control principles. Provide a clean, safe and comfortable environment. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications: Complete Certified Nursing Assistant Program within the last 24 months - CNA LICENSE IS REQUIRED Must meet applicable state certification requirements A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required Must be in good standing on the HHA Registry (if applicable) and have completed HHA/CNA course to work for a Medicare certified agency. Minimum one year experience in the last 24 months as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health/hospice agency. Additional Information TB Statement: This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. Driving Statement: This role is part of Humana's driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and are expected to maintain personal vehicle liability insurance. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
