Life on the Fraser Coast
Hervey Bay and Maryborough sit on Queensland's stunning Fraser Coast, offering a warm subtropical climate with the world-heritage-listed K'gari (Fraser Island) and the whale-watching capital of Australia right on your doorstep. Property prices are dramatically more affordable than Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast, and the region offers excellent public and private schooling, family-friendly communities, and strong local health and lifestyle amenities.
