Company: Bionova Scientific LLC Job Description: We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to be responsible for the efficient and compliant handling of materials within a GMP-regulated warehouse environment. This role supports receiving, labeling, storage, inventory control and shipping of raw materials and finished goods. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Following established Standard Operating Procedures and Safety Protocols Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries Labeling materials and storing in appropriate locations Processing material requests and work orders Performing cycle counts Packing and processing outbound shipments Delivery of material using a truck Operation of material handling equipment, including forklift, pallet jack Maintaining accurate records with proper documentation Communication with internal departments to research and resolve issues/discrepancies Working Conditions: This position required to work in a warehouse. The role requires walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds independently. Occasional work in cold storage / freezer areas using proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse/material handling environment Valid driver’s license Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Data entry, math and computer skills with ERP experience Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook Ability to be flexible with work hours The base compensation range for this role is $25-$30.
