Responsabilidades Clave Estrategia y Despliegue: Definir el plan comercial del país y asegurar que las Gerencias de Ventas comuniquen metas, ciclos y directrices claras a sus Gerentes de Negocios para cumplir los objetivos de facturación. Gestión del Equipo Comercial: Liderazgo y desarrollo de los Gerentes de Ventas, garantizando rutinas comerciales sólidas, presencia en campo y disciplina de ejecución en toda la estructura, alineado a los valores y cultura de la compañia.. Activación y Aceleración: Impulsar iniciativas nacionales de activación de nuestra red y crecimiento de canal a partir del diagnóstico de desempeño y potencial de cada sector y región. Articulación y Gobernanza: Conectar las necesidades comerciales del canal con Supply Chain, Operaciones, Marketing y Planeamiento para equilibrar demanda, oferta y nivel de servicio. Monitoreo del Negocio: Monitorear los indicadores claves del negocio y la gestión comercial, asegurando la previsibilidad de los resultados financieros. Gestión de Contingencias: Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas corporativas y liderar planes de contingencia ante desabastecimientos, fallas operativas o contingencias del mercado. Representación y Presencia: Liderar foros comerciales, eventos masivos y visitas de campo para conectar de forma cercana con los liderazgos y la red de ventas. What will you find here?
