Esta posição tem um papel fundamental no gerenciamento do P&L da marca, definição de plano estratégico, pipeline de inovação, precificação e liderança de equipe, exigindo uma forte capacidade analítica e visão comercial. What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network? Responsabilidades: - Gerenciar diretamente o P&L da categoria de perfumaria marca NH, responsabilizando-se pelos resultados do negócio e pela execução da estratégia estabelecida. - Definir o mix de produtos, estratégia de preços e conduzir o planejamento estratégico da marca. - Analisar e cruzar diversas bases de dados de inteligência de mercado para - sintetizá-las em narrativas de negócios coerentes. - Ter visão de multicanalidade para acompanhar performance na venda direta e expansão nos demais canais de vendas (online e varejo). - Experiência ou proximidade da área de Trade Marketing, sem a necessidade de atuar na execução operacional de ponto de venda (PDV). - Atuar como decisor final em briefings direcionados aos times de pesquisa, comunicação e branding, garantindo o alinhamento com a estratégia da categoria. - Experiência com desenvolvimento de produto e inovação, liderança de equipe multifuncional (Engenharia e R&D) - Realizar a gestão próxima e acolhedora de uma equipe direta, focando no desenvolvimento e potencialização desses talentos. - Conectar-se de forma proativa e transformacional com outras áreas-chave da companhia, antecipando-se às demandas corporativas. Requisitos e Qualificações: - Sólida experiência prévia de mercado no segmento de beleza e preferencialmente perfumaria, preferencialmente atuando em marcas relevantes de massa ou dermocosméticos. - Experiência comprovada com foco em negócios, gerenciamento de P&L e vivência anterior em áreas de Trade. Sólida experiência com gestão de pessoas e liderança de times. - Conhecimento profundo de produtos e tendências (ter um lado criativo e ser consumidor/conhecedor da categoria) para opinar criticamente sobre as inovações propostas pelo time.
