Estamos buscando un(a) Jefe de Tienda para nuestra tienda en Megaplaza Independencia que desee transformar cada interacción en una experiencia memorable. Tu propósito en este rol (Funciones): Desarrollar estrategias in situ para optimizar la experiencia del cliente e impulsar el volumen de ventas. Administrar, auditar y controlar el stock para asegurar la disponibilidad de producto y minimizar mermas. Supervisar aperturas/cierres de caja, gestión de horarios, recepción de mercadería y estándares de limpieza e imagen. Seleccionar, capacitar, motivar y organizar las tareas del personal a cargo. Monitorear métricas de venta y analizar la competencia para ajustar las tácticas comerciales. Coordinar la implementación de campañas comerciales y el montaje estratégico del producto. Lo que buscamos en ti (Requisitos): Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en como Jefe o Encargado/a de Tienda. Experiencia previa en el rubro de belleza, retail o consumo masivo. Deseable conocimiento o pasión por la cosmetología, maquillaje y perfumería. Estudios técnicos o universitarios en curso (deseable). Manejo de Microsoft Office a nivel usuario. Actitud empática, orientación al servicio y gusto por el trabajo en equipo. What will you find here?
