Analisar e gerenciar a jornada do cliente final de forma aprofundada, diagnosticando pontos de fricção complexos e direcionando oportunidades de melhoria estrutural na experiência. Analisar criticamente os indicadores de satisfação (ex: NPS, CSAT) e KPIs operacionais relacionados à experiência do cliente, aprofundando o uso de ferramentas de análise de sentimento baseadas em IA para transformar feedbacks qualitativos em planos de ação consistentes. Conduzir parcerias e influenciar áreas como Logística, Atendimento e Negócios para garantir a resolução de problemas (atuando na causa-raiz), utilizando diagnósticos avançados baseados em dados estruturados para embasar e guiar a tomada de decisão. Estruturar e validar a documentação de processos e fluxos relacionados à experiência do cliente, sendo responsável pelo desenho inteligente e otimização de árvores de decisão. Desenvolver e apresentar relatórios e painéis executivos de performance de forma autônoma, trazendo análises profundas e recomendações estratégicas com base em dados.
