A pessoa Tech Lead Fullstack na Natura atua como referência técnica hands-on, liderando pelo exemplo e colocando a mão na massa quando necessário ( mas não será o papel principal codar), junto ao time para construir soluções escaláveis em Node.js (TypeScript), React e React Native. É responsável por definir arquiteturas que garantem a sustentabilidade do produto a longo prazo, guiando a modernização de sistemas para a nuvem (AWS Serverless e OCI) e demonstrando versatilidade para navegar entre bases modernas e legados em Java ou PHP. What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network? Será a referência técnica de um time (5+ pessoas), responsável por guiar o backlog técnico, definir a arquitetura ao lado dos nossos Arquitetos e garantir que a equipe tenha o caminho livre para inovar. Liderança Hands-on: Guiar, mentorar e destravar a equipe técnica no dia a dia, codando junto com o time para resolver os desafios mais complexos. Arquitetura e Decisão Técnica: Arquitetar soluções escaláveis, seguras e de alta performance, colaborando diretamente com arquitetos e outros Tech Leads. Gestão do Backlog Técnico: Ser o(a) dono(a) da saúde técnica do produto, equilibrando a entrega de novas features com o pagamento de débitos técnicos. Domínio do Ecossistema: Liderar o desenvolvimento de soluções robustas focadas em Node.js, atuando também no ecossistema front/mobile com React, React Native e apps nativos. É fundamental ter versatilidade para interagir, modernizar ou integrar com sistemas legados em linguagens como Java ou PHP. Nuvem e Escalabilidade: Desenhar e evoluir aplicações na nuvem, utilizando as melhores práticas em AWS (forte viés Serverless/Lambda) e atuando também com nossa infraestrutura em OCI (Oracle Cloud). Cultura Ágil: Liderar e orientar equipes multidisciplinares no desenvolvimento de produtos, utilizando Jira e Git, garantindo transparência, prazos e altíssima qualidade de entrega. Quais os requisitos? Sólida experiência em desenvolvimento de software e liderança técnica. Domínio em Node.js (TypeScript) para estruturação de back-end. Versatilidade para navegar, dar manutenção e integrar soluções com bases de código legadas e novas (como Java e, por que não, um PHP?). Profundo conhecimento em Arquitetura Serverless e forte vivência com AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.). Conhecimento em OCI é um grande plus. Experiência em modelagem e consumo de banco de dados relacionais e não-relacionais (SQL, MongoDB, Redis). Vivência com ferramentas de CI/CD (Jenkins, BitBucket Pipelines, Sonar ou similares) e cultura de DevOps. Forte compreensão de práticas de segurança, escalabilidade e conformidade na nuvem. Quais os diferenciais? Certificações em AWS (Solutions Architect, Developer, etc.). Conhecimentos profundos de automação de infraestrutura (Terraform, CloudFormation). Pós-graduação ou especialização na área de Engenharia de Software ou Arquitetura de Sistemas. #LI-HA1 What will you find here?
