Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI convictions or reckless driving incidents involving alcohol or drugs within the last 3 years. No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years if operating a commercial motor vehicle. No serious traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
